Can I use more than one promo code on an order?One code can be used per order. It may not be giving you an error, but it will remove one of the two codes. Make sure you’re using the code that give you the best offer!

Shipping/Delivery InfoWe use Australia Post for standard and express deliveries and we aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days, often quicker. During peak sales events, such as Black Friday this may take a day or two longer. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with your Australia Post tracking number which will allow you to see when it is due for delivery.

How does Click & Collect work? All items in your cart must be available at the one store for Click & Collect to be offered. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email usually within 4 business hours to notify you that the order is ready for collection. Please note that on busier sale days, this time frame may be extended.
