Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Standard orders will usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. Express Post is now available for $14.95 and will be dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Victorian public holidays are not processed until the following business day. If you need your order urgently, we suggest using our Free Click & Collect option and visiting one of our stores.

Click & Collect Orders: please note that all items in your cart must be available at the one store for Click & Collect to be offered. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email usually within 4 business hours to notify you that the order is ready for collection. Please note that on busier sale days, this time frame may be extended.
