Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Standard orders will usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. Express Post is now available for $14.95 and will be dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Victorian public holidays are not processed until the following business day. If you need your order urgently, we suggest using our Free Click & Collect option and visiting one of our stores.

Florsheim gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise, excluding items marked Clearance, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.
