Order FAQ
1. Browsing the Product Range
- Use the navigation bar to view the categories of different products.
2. Adding items to your shopping bag
- Browse the website & click on any product image for more information & details.
- Choose the correct colour & size.
- Click Buy.
- If the size or colour is sold out, you will not be able to select it, however if for some reason the product you select is not available, you will be contacted by a member of the Florsheim E-Team ASAP to discuss your options.
- Ready to buy more? Click Continue Shopping
3. What is in your bag?
- You can see just how much you have selected at any time by clicking View Bag.
- To amend the quantity enter the new quantity and click Recalculate to update your shopping bag.
- To remove an item from your bag tick the Delete checkbox next to that item and click Recalculate to remove it.
- To purchase more products, click Continue Shopping.
- Once you have finished shopping, click Checkout.
4. Checkout
- To purchase your new Florsheim items, select Checkout and you will be taken to our secure checkout.
- Enter your billing and delivery details.
- You may wish to save some time next time you order by creating a Florsheim Login which will remember your delivery details.
- If you already have a Florsheim Login please enter your Username and Password and we will retrieve your details from your previous order automatically.
5. Order confirmation & payment
- Florsheim only accepts credit card payments from MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Diners online.
- Upon order confirmation and payment approval you should receive your product within 7 business days.

Men’s Sizes are shown as Australian/UK, American, European & Japanese.

Deliveries & Shipping
Orders will be received within 7 working days from the date an order is placed.
A $14.95 postage and handling fee is charged for each order of up to 2 pairs of shoes. Each additional 2 pairs will incur an additional $14.95 postage and handling fee.
Additional accessories will not be charged additional postage and handling fee if purchased in conjunction with footwear. Accessories purchased without footwear will incur a $14.95 postage and handling fee.
E.g.
- 1 pair of shoes + 1 accessory = $14.95 postage and handling
- 2 pairs of shoes + 2 accessories = $14.95 postage and handling
- 3 pairs of shoes + 4 accessories = $29.90 postage and handling
- 0 pairs of shoes + 1 accessory = $14.95 postage and handling
Your order will be dispatched via Australia post.

Payment
Florsheim E-Store accepts:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Diners
We will not convert your total into any other currency other than Australian Dollars. We will charge your credit card in Australian dollars & where relevant, your credit card company will convert the charges for you. Prices of products, delivery or any other charges displayed on our website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. If your choice is not available, a member of the Florsheim E-Store will contact you.
GST, customs & duties
GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 10% is inclusive in all our prices. All prices stated are in Australian Dollars.
The prices do not include any additional overseas duties or other customs charges that may be incurred for overseas delivery.
Returns
Florsheim is confident you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, & you wish to exchange or refund your item please read on for more information.
Incorrect size, colour or change of mind?
- Florsheim is happy to exchange your goods for a second choice on one occasion without charging for a second delivery.
- You are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us.
- Florsheim will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail
- Any further changes of mind, will incur additional costs to be paid by you
- Returned goods must be unworn & in as-new condition
- Please note, refunds will be automatically processed back onto the card payment was made from, less freight costs.
Making a Return
There are 2 ways to return items to Florsheim:
1. Return by mail:
Within 30 days of receipt of goods:
- Complete the E-Store exchange/return form received with your goods or click here to print the online version.
- Mail this completed form via registered post with your goods to:
Florsheim E-Store, 44 Raglan St, Preston, Vic 3072
- Please allow 14 days for exchanges or refunds to be received.
- Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping or handling charges however Florsheim E-Store will cover the cost of re-mailing exchange goods.
2. Return to store:
Within 30 days of purchase:
- You are more than welcome to return your E-Store purchase to any Florsheim store
- Take your goods, order form receipt & credit card into a Florsheim store
- The refund will only be credited to the card the goods were purchased on, so please ensure you take this with you
- Retail stores are unable to process exchanges or refunds if order paperwork is not produced as they will have no record of your purchase.
Faulty goods?
If you believe your goods to be faulty, please read on for further information:
- Faulty goods should be returned within a reasonable timeframe
- If a refund is required, the price paid for the product (as indicated on the order form) will be the price refunded to you.
Your Security
Florsheim have implemented security measures to provide you with peace of mind when purchasing from us over the internet. When you are requested to enter your credit card details, our secure server uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to connect to our website – this encrypts all the information sent from your pc.
You can see you have entered a secure session by the following:
- The ‘https’ instead of the usual ‘http’ in your browser address box
- The small padlock at the foot of your browser or next to the URL bar (IE7)
Privacy Policy
Florsheim recognises the trust you put in us when purchasing from our E-Store. Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Policy, any personal information we collect will be kept securely. This statement is our commitment to you.
We do not require consumers to disclose any information about them in order to browse our website, and only require minimal information in order to make a purchase.
Certain information, such as delivery addresses is stored for your convenience and is not accessible to anyone but you.
Florsheim will treat personal information we collect from you as strictly confidential. Other than as set out below, we will not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell, rent, distribute, share or license to any third parties any personal information that you may have provided to us, unless we have your prior express consent to do so.
When you register on the Florsheim website you are automatically added to our mailing list. If you prefer not to receive information from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email request to info@Florsheim.com.au or by following the unsubscribe link on any newsletter you may receive from us.
Members of our mailing list will receive advance notification of events, promotions or sales & may receive exclusive offers only available to members.
Update my details
When making your next online order login using your existing username and password. If your details are not accurate please click Edit Details to amend. Once all your details are updated click Submit to save your changes.
