Imperial Club

The Imperial Club is a rewards program exclusive to Florsheim customers. Customers can sign up in one of our retail stores or online. Online customers will automatically be added to the club when their first purchase is made online. As long as the customer uses the same email address both in store & online, all purchases from then onwards, will count towards their Imperial Club points. Once a certain amount of points are reached, within a designated Spend Period, our club members are rewarded with Florsheim Gift cards! Subject to the terms & conditions outlined on our website.

Imperial Club Benefits

Upon sign up either in store or online Imperial Club members will receive:

• $25 Florsheim Gift Card when they spend $500 in a 6-month Spend Period.

• $100 Florsheim Gift Card when they spend $1,000 in a 6-month Spend Period.

• Pre-Sale Previews on selected promotions

• Invitations to exclusive ‘Members Only’ events & promotions

• Notifications of new arrivals & new store openings

There are 2 defined ‘6-month Spend Periods’ per year, commencing from launch date 20th May 2015

(First Spend Period) AUTUMN/WINTER = 1st January to 30th June

(Second Spend Period) SPRING/SUMMER = 1st July to 31st December

Imperial Club Terms and Conditions

1. Imperial Club spend does not include Layby purchase amounts, until the purchase has been completed.

2. You do not accrue Imperial Club points when purchasing gift cards. If you purchase a Florsheim Gift card, Imperial Club points are only accrued once the Gift Card is redeemed, and these points will go towards the person who is redeeming the card. (I.e. if you give a Gift Card as a gift, the recipient who uses the gift card will accrue the points when redeemed. Not the purchaser.)

3. Imperial Club members will be awarded Gift Cards when the appropriate spend is achieved by them and has been reported in the monthly review.

4. Physical Gift Cards earned will be sent to the Imperial Club Member’s postal address as registered on our database.

5. Should the postal address provided be incomplete or incorrect, Florsheim Australia will attempt to contact the member via the other contacts provided to ascertain a viable postal address to which the allocated Gift Card can be sent. Should no response be received by the end of the Spend Period, the allocated Gift Card will then be cancelled.

6. As long as an Imperial Club Member’s details are attributed to the transaction, spend will be accumulated at any Florsheim Australia Store and at Florsheim Australia Online.

7. When Imperial Club Members reach $500 Spend inside a designated 6-month Spend Period, a $25 Gift Card will be sent to the postal address they have provided after the next monthly report is run.

8. When Imperial Club Members reach $1000 Spend inside a designated 6-month Spend Period, a $100 GC will be sent to the postal address they have provided after the next monthly report is run.

9. To qualify for any reward Gift Card, the “spend” must occur fully within one of the designated 6 month Spend Periods, as listed above.

10. Reviews of Member Spends will be conducted monthly at Florsheim Head Office on the first business day of each calendar month. Gift cards awarded will be forwarded within 2 weeks of the calendar month end in which a threshold has been reached.

11. Email reminders of ‘close-to-spend’ will be circulated to Members if they are close to achieving one of the rewarded spend thresholds within a designated 6-month Spend Period.

12. Staff and Family who receive company discount on their purchases are not eligible to receive Imperial Club rewards.

13. The Imperial Club is available in Australia only. Imperial Club Rewards can only be earned & redeemed via Florsheim retail stores and online at www.florsheim.com.au

14. Florsheim reserves the right to change or modify the terms of membership at any time without prior written notice.
